Our Build-to-Sell opportunity is about identifying what we call project opportunities in the current market. In certain circumstances there are opportunities where we can work with you on your own small development project. Often it is simply demolishing an existing home, strata titling the land, and building multiple dwellings for sale.

We work together on gaining an understanding of what your funding capacity is.
It is critical before we commence the process of identifying any location or build, that you have your funding in place, as the ability to move swiftly
is critical to our negotiations for any opportunity

LOCATE/IDENTIFY
We work together and identify your suburb/suburbs of choice, where we assess what is influencing your build. If it is an investment then median rental value is important, if it is your personal home it may be schools or local amenties that influence your decision.

OFFER/COMMIT
We assist you commit formally to your location and the build, assisting negotiate with the land agent related to the Offer & Acceptance for your land. Concurrently we assist with your home design. We work with you through the initial submitting and acceptance, and into the land settling and construction phase.

HANDOVER/LIVE
We remain working with you through the entire admin and construction phase through to the completion of your build. With investment builds we can assist with handover
to ongoing property management on your behalf. We know your build is all about timing, and ensure time management is maximised whenever possible.
